Send the packing video to customer's email and pull out the video by scanning or searching order ID
I want that Groovepacker has the new features to send the video to every customer's email that how sender pack, ship, and handle the each other. If the customer order the mask pack, we take the packing video and send to customer's email when the packing is completed. Also, once we scanned or typed the order ID, we can pull out the packing video as well
We have implemented an option to capture an image from a mobile device or web cam after scanning is complete. This can be optionally emailed to the customer or just saved with the order for reference. If users feel video would bring sufficient value that the storage would be warranted we may add a video option in the future. If you're following and would like early access please reach out to support@groovepacker.com

We have plans to streamline the current Packing Cam process. This should shave off every possible second making the most efficient image capture.
Please we have at least 2 mentions of recording video vs capturing an image. If you would find video more useful than images please comment.

I say DO NOT send anything to the customer, wait for them to try and commit fraud. Then smash them with the video / pics and tell them to stop doing this. Meanwhile, report their fraud to Ebay / Amazon / Paypal / whoever and get them BANNED.
We only do about 5,000 orders per month, but we are getting some idiot claiming they never got their delivered package or that items were missing on a DAILY basis. It is becoming absurd how frequent, bold, and wrong the buyer base is becoming. It's like their full time job to rip off online sellers. We MUST fight back, very hard, and very fast!!
Buyers need to face CONSEQUENCES for their actions. Until they are held accountable with real bans and penalties this problem is only going to get worse and worse until ecommerce becomes impossible.

Yes, we'd likely hold the videos for 90 days and make it possible to download videos if desired so you could keep them longer if needed. Emailing the customer would need to be optional. I do think there would be few fraud attempts if all customers receive a video but the fraud rate varies a lot by industry.

I like the idea, but I wouldn't want them automatically emailed to the customers. That's overkill, at least for our business. It would be nice to store them in a videos folder in case any questions arise or for internal training purposes. But honestly that would be a lot of video building up over time. It would probably be wise to put an expiration date on the videos - say 90 days.

Additionally, this features help to prevent fraud because we have the proof video that we sent correct quantities of products
